These terms cover the Ferry Market operational text alerts program ("Ferry Market Alerts"), run by Ferry Market, LLC, 32 S Main St, New Hope, PA 18938.
The program
Ferry Market Alerts sends operational account notifications to vendor owners, vendor managers, contractors and Ferry Market owners who have opted in: maintenance request status, document and insurance expiry reminders, and urgent facility alerts. The program sends no marketing or promotional messages.
How you join
You join by ticking an unchecked consent box yourself, in one of two places:
- Text alert sign-up page: ferrymarket.simplysync.ai/sms-opt-in (public, no login).
- Your own Settings page in the Ferry Market vendor portal, under My notifications (requires sign-in).
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any lease, service or purchase, and you can use the portal without it. You must be 18 or older.
Message frequency, hours and rates
Message frequency varies with what is happening at the market. We send texts between 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin.
- Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email info@theferrymarket.com.
- You can also untick the box in your portal settings. Email notifications are not affected.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers is permitted only as necessary to support services requested by the customer, such as scheduling, customer service, payment processing, and messaging delivery. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
