Ferry Market, LLC ("Ferry Market") runs a vendor operations portal for the market's vendors, contractors, owners and bookkeeper. This notice explains what the portal collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your name, work email address and role, so you can sign in.
• Your mobile number, only if you choose to add it for text alerts.
• Business details and documents you upload, such as insurance certificates, menus and maintenance requests.
• Your notification choices, and the date, time and page of any text-message consent.

How we use it

To run the market: handle maintenance requests, check documents and expiry dates, schedule events, and send the notices you choose. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers is permitted only as necessary to support services requested by the customer, such as scheduling, customer service, payment processing, and messaging delivery. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Text alerts are optional and operational only. See the SMS terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the portal, send email and deliver text messages. They handle information only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

You can change your notification channels or turn off text messages at any time in your portal Settings. To ask about or correct your information, email info@theferrymarket.com.
